MER Clinic: Creating & operating ET&WNC

This clinic is how I built my On30 railroad of the ET&WNC in a 24 x46 space. I discuss the reasons I went to On30 vs. other scale/gauges, track layout, structures to be built, and most importantly how I am emulating 1920 operations on the model railroad. I discuss, albeit briefly, TT&TO, switch lists, and the position of freight agent who prepares the switch lists during the op session. While much of this clinic can apply to any railroad, irrespective of scale/gauge, I used my On30 railroad to describe operations.
